Violent incidents and fatal accidents reported in Colombia and Venezuela

Multiple violent incidents and accidents have been reported in Colombia and Venezuela. In Chiquinquirá, Colombia, a Venezuelan national identified as Enrique was shot and killed near a local market by a person on a motorcycle using a firearm with a silencer. Authorities have reportedly made arrests related to the homicide.

In the rural area of Socha, Colombia, a mining accident resulted in the death of 33-year-old José Wilson Rodríguez. A 46-year-old worker was also injured, suffering multiple traumas and a hand wound. Investigations are ongoing to determine the exact cause of the accident.

In Maracay, Venezuela, investigators are searching for suspects in the death of 44-year-old Gustavo Eduardo Rodríguez Rojas. The victim was found in the San Agustín sector with a severe traumatic brain injury caused by a blow to the head.
