Violent robberies reported in Jiutepec and Apodaca

Two separate violent robberies were reported in Mexico, involving significant sums of cash. In Jiutepec, Morelos, two armed individuals intercepted a man on Insurgentes Avenue in the Moctezuma neighborhood. The victim had just withdrawn 100,000 pesos from a nearby bank. The assailants used a firearm to demand the money before fleeing on a motorcycle toward Boulevard Cuauhnáhuac.

In Apodaca, Nuevo León, a family was targeted during a home invasion in the Bosque Real neighborhood. Four men, armed with firearms and knives, entered a residence on Jarilla Street. The victims were tied up while the perpetrators stole an estimated 600,000 pesos in cash, along with jewelry, electronics, and other valuables. Local police and investigative agencies are currently reviewing the scene and searching for security footage to identify the suspects.
