VION Urban Grill to launch premium gastronomy concept in Regensburg

A new gastronomy concept, VION Urban Grill Kitchen, is being established at Dachauplatz in Regensburg, Germany. The project aims to transform traditional grill and street food into a premium fast-casual format.

Managed by Ibrahim Kizilgül and Red Rose Import und Handels GmbH, the brand intends to offer a variety of signature dishes, including chicken and beef döner, tantuni wraps, and street bowls. The initiative involves a six-figure investment for the first location, which is designed as a compact food-court unit to serve professionals, students, and tourists.

Regensburg is intended to serve as the starting point for the brand's long-term development. The project is also expected to create local jobs in kitchen, service, and sales sectors while involving regional suppliers and partners.
