Vipiteno Christmas Markets to host alpine festivities in 2026

The Vipiteno Christmas Markets are scheduled to run from November 27, 2026, to January 6, 2027, in South Tyrol. Centered in Piazza Città at the foot of the Twelve Towers, the event features a theme known as ‘Natale delle campane’ (Christmas of the Bells), incorporating alpine traditions and carillon sounds.

As part of the ‘Mercatini Originali dell’Alto Adige’ circuit, the market emphasizes high-quality local craftsmanship and gastronomy. The event is designed to be integrated into the historic center of the medieval village, offering visitors access to artisan workshops and regional specialties within a pedestrian-friendly setting.
