Indian cricket star Virat Kohli and actress Anushka Sharma have bought a premium apartment in Mumbai’s Versova neighbourhood. The 2,644 sq ft unit in the Godrej Skyshore residential tower, located in Andheri West, was purchased for ₹18.29 crore and includes a 316 sq ft exclusive area and three parking spaces. The transaction was registered on 21 July 2026, with a stamp duty of ₹1.09 crore and a registration fee of ₹30,000.

The couple already own several high‑value properties, including a sea‑facing apartment in Worli, a mansion in Gurugram, and a farmhouse in Alibaug. Kohli’s recent IPL salary of ₹21 crore for the Royal Challengers Bengaluru season is comparable to the price of the new flat. The purchase adds to their expanding real‑estate portfolio and highlights the demand for luxury residences in Mumbai’s western suburbs.
