Virgin Voyages updates 2027 Alaska cruise itineraries

Virgin Voyages has announced adjustments to its 2027 Alaska and Pacific coast itineraries for the Brilliant Lady. The company is fine-tuning 16 departures to address safety, navigation, and guest feedback.

Key changes include replacing planned navigation near Tracy Arm Fjord with scenic cruising at Endicott Arm and Dawes Glacier due to ongoing landslide risks in the Tracy Arm area. Additionally, 12 sailings will replace visits to Prince Rupert with calls at Victoria.

Other modifications involve updated timing for Juneau, Sitka, and Icy Strait Point, as well as adjustments for tender ports. One September 2027 voyage will replace a planned visit to Astoria with a sea day to accommodate tidal navigation windows in Vancouver, with affected passengers receiving a $33 refund for port taxes and fees.
