Virginia football prepares for Florida State matchup

Virginia football coach Tony Elliott is preparing his team for a significant matchup against Florida State. Reflecting on a previous double-overtime victory against the Seminoles, Elliott noted that such wins can shift a team's internal mindset and provide proof of concept regarding their potential.

Ahead of the upcoming game, Virginia has released an updated depth chart. A major roster change includes starting defensive tackle Jason Hammond, who is expected to miss several months following elbow surgery. The offense will be led by quarterback Beau Pribula, while wide receiver Rico Flores Jr. remains a key figure despite recent hamstring issues.
