Virginia sheriffs endorse Rep. Rob Wittman in reelection race

While Taylor has utilized her background in law enforcement and prosecution to bolster her campaign, Wittman is characterizing her as one of “Virginia’s softest prosecutors.” He has released campaign advertisements claiming she allows violent criminals to be released from jail early, aiming to neutralize her perceived advantage on crime issues in the Republican-leaning district.
