Virginia Tech finalizes Hokie Ventures board of directors
Virginia Tech has finalized the board of directors for Hokie Ventures, a university-affiliated nonprofit organization. The entity was established to enhance the long-term growth and competitiveness of Virginia Tech Athletics by creating new revenue streams, pursuing strategic investments, and strengthening donor relations within the evolving college sports landscape.
The 10-member board will be led by Chair Brad Hobbs and Vice Chair Ted Hanson. The group includes university leadership, such as President Tim Sands, Vice President and Director of Athletics Brian White, and Senior Vice President for Advancement Tom Wamsley.
