Virginia Fonseca and Kauã Elias unfollow each other on Instagram
Influencer Virginia Fonseca and Shakhtar Donetsk striker Kauã Elias have stopped following each other on Instagram following a social media controversy. The interaction between the two began after Elias left affectionate emojis on Fonseca’s Halloween photos in New York, leading to a brief period where they followed one another.
The situation escalated when Elias’s ex-partner, Bruna Rotta, who is currently in the final stages of pregnancy, publicly addressed the matter. Rotta stated that Elias had been attempting a reconciliation with her while simultaneously interacting with Fonseca. She criticized the athlete’s lack of respect and commitment, noting she did not want the situation to become a spectacle during her pregnancy.
Following the backlash, Fonseca unfollowed Elias on November 2. While Elias initially continued to follow her, he reportedly reciprocated the unfollow on November 4. Fonseca has not issued an official statement regarding the matter.
