Virtus Siena is organizing the 7th edition of the Memorial Sandro Finetti from September 18 to 20. The event will take place at Piazza San Francesco and the Virtus sports hall, featuring two outdoor courts.

The tournament honors the memory of Sandro Finetti, a historic figure in Sienese basketball who spent decades training young players. The competition includes eight Under 13 teams, such as Virtus Siena, Pgr Grosseto, and Poggibonsi Basket, as well as a three-way tournament for the Esordienti category involving Virtus Siena, Mens Sana, and Fides Montevarchi.

On Sunday, participating teams will gather for lunch at the L’Alba society in the Contrada del Bruco.
