Visa extends partnership with Moonton through 2029

Visa has extended its partnership with Moonton Games, the developer of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB), to serve as the Global Payment Partner for the M-Series World Championships from the M8 tournament in 2027 through the M10 tournament in 2029.

In collaboration with Bank Jago, Visa is preparing to launch the Jago Visa MLBB M8 Limited Edition Debit Card in the Indonesian market. The card will feature iconic characters from the game, though the specific designs have not yet been revealed. Details regarding the launch date, costs, and eligibility for the special edition cards are expected to be announced ahead of the M8 series in December 2026.

The partnership aims to engage the growing gaming and esports community by offering Visa cardholders priority ticket access and exclusive tournament experiences. Astri Abyanti, Head of Corporate Communications for Visa Indonesia, stated that the extended commitment is intended to optimize the gaming industry both in Indonesia and in other countries where MLBB is popular.
