Visa Inc. Gains New Stake as Militia Capital Management Increases Holding

Militia Capital Management LLC purchased 8,073 shares of Visa Inc., valued at roughly $2.44 million, according to its latest SEC filing for the first quarter. The filing also noted that several other investors, including FAS Wealth Partners, Robinswood Financial, Pine Valley Investments, Positano Wealth Management, and Farmers National Bank, increased their positions in Visa during the same period.

In a separate filing, Sapient Capital LLC reduced its holding in Vertiv Holdings Co. by 58.4%, selling 117,104 shares and leaving a balance of 83,270 shares worth about $20.87 million. Other investors such as Vermillion & White Wealth Management Group, Sankala Group, Meeder Asset Management, Rossby Financial, and Kohmann Bosshard Financial Services reported new or increased stakes in Vertiv during recent quarters.
