Visa issues force Filipino players out of World Series of Darts Finals

Filipino darts players Lourence Ilagan and Alexis Toylo have withdrawn from the 2026 World Series of Darts Finals in Amsterdam due to visa delays. The players were unable to secure Schengen visas in time and had to prioritize travel to China for the PDC Asian Tour finals and the PDC Asian Championship.

Following PDC regulation 3.7, which dictates that vacant spots be filled by the highest-ranked players on the reserve list, Daryl Gurney and Maik Kuivenhoven have been called up as replacements. Gurney is scheduled to face defending champion Michael van Gerwen in the opening round, while Kuivenhoven will compete against Jonny Clayton.
