Visakhapatnam police probe disappearance of Madhya Pradesh lorry driver

Police in Visakhapatnam have launched an investigation following reports that a lorry driver from Madhya Pradesh, Bhairav Lal Sahu, was assaulted and has since gone missing.

According to a complaint filed by Seshagiri Rao, General Secretary of the New Andhra Motor Truckers Association, several individuals allegedly boarded Sahu’s vehicle and assaulted him. Malakapuram Circle Inspector Narasimha Rao confirmed that the police registered a case and are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the driver’s disappearance and the reported assault.
