Visalia Convention Center brawl leaves 15 arrested and 3 officers injured

A large-scale brawl involving approximately 100 people broke out Saturday night at the Visalia Convention Center during the 559 Fights Next Gen 4 mixed martial arts event. The disturbance caused chaos within the venue, with multiple fights occurring simultaneously in different areas.

Responding to the scale of the violence, the Visalia Police Department dispatched 26 units to the scene. Assistance was also provided by the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office and police departments from Farmersville and Exeter. During the attempt to regain control and clear the crowd, three Visalia Police officers sustained minor injuries.

Following the incident, 15 individuals were arrested and booked into the Tulare County Adult Pre-Trial Detention Facility on various charges.
