VisionQuest to explore Tony Stark’s death through AI perspective

The upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe series VisionQuest will explore the emotional aftermath of Tony Stark’s death through the perspective of artificial intelligence. Showrunner Terry Matalas revealed that the series will focus on how the AI F.R.I.D.A.Y. experienced the passing of her creator, posing questions about whether an AI can experience grief or the inability to protect a programmed subject.

Matalas indicated that the series will examine the nature of these digital entities, specifically whether they remain digital or take on corporeal, human-like forms. The show is expected to feature physical avatars for other Stark-created AIs, including J.A.R.V.I.S. and E.D.I.T.H. While Kerry Condon previously voiced F.R.I.D.A.Y., Orla Brady is set to take over the role for the series.
