Visite São Paulo Convention Bureau promotes business tourism and regional integration

The Visite São Paulo Convention Bureau (VSPCB) is hosting meetings to strengthen business tourism and event management in the state of São Paulo. During a recent session, the president of São Paulo Turismo (SPTuris), Coronel Salles, met with hospitality and tourism market representatives to discuss sector challenges and opportunities.

The discussions highlighted the importance of integrating the capital with the western metropolitan region, including municipalities such as Osasco, Barueri, and Alphaville, to expand tourism, generate employment, and stimulate new business.

Additionally, the VSPCB hosted a technical mission of approximately 30 entrepreneurs from Paranavaí, Paraná. This mission, organized in partnership with Sebrae/PR and Fecomércio/PR, aimed to use São Paulo as a knowledge hub to study successful models of commercial organization, public-private articulation, and regional competitiveness.
