Visma-Lease a Bike appoints Addy Engels and Joey van Rhee

Visma-Lease a Bike has strengthened its technical staff with the appointment of Addy Engels and Joey van Rhee as race coaches.

Addy Engels returns to the Dutch organization after a one-year absence. Having previously worked within the structure, Engels brings familiarity with the team's personnel, culture, and internal operations to provide strategic continuity.

Joey van Rhee joins the coaching department to further his professional development. Van Rhee expressed interest in the team's scientific approach, which integrates performance, training, and nutrition.

Competition manager Marc Reef stated that the two appointments provide a balance of experience and new ideas, aimed at supporting the riders' progression and maintaining the team's long-term sporting objectives.
