Visso hosts sacred music concert in Sant'Agostino cloister
In Visso, Italy, a special concert titled ‘Ecce Ancilla Domini’ was held in the cloister of Sant'Agostino. Despite the site still undergoing post-earthquake repairs, the event served as a symbol of cultural and spiritual vitality for the local community.
The concert, promoted by the Collegiata di Santa Maria, featured the Neraensis Capella Coralis Vissanae Collegiatae Sanctissimae Mariae and an orchestra of nine musicians directed by Maestro Diego Minnozzi. The musical program was dedicated to the Virgin Mary, including works ranging from 1700s anonymous pieces to Renaissance compositions by Ludovico Viadana and Arcadelt.
