Visual Arts releases Steam demo for “The False Alice -Retold Tale-”

Visual Arts has announced the release of a Steam demo for the dark fantasy visual novel “The False Alice -Retold Tale-”. The demo, which launched on September 25, allows players to experience the beginning of a story involving three “false Alices” and a teacher with lost memories.

The project is a reconstruction of the 2019 mobile game “The False Alice” into a novel game format. The development has seen significant community support; a crowdfunding campaign for the title reached its 5 million yen goal in just four minutes, ultimately raising over 64 million yen, representing a 1,280% achievement rate.

The full version of the game is scheduled for release in November.
