Vita Coco reports 34% increase in third quarter net sales
The Vita Coco Company, Inc. announced its third quarter 2026 financial results, reporting net sales of $244 million, a 34% increase compared to the previous year. Year-to-date net sales reached $640 million, representing a 33% increase.
Net income for the third quarter rose to $35 million from $24 million in the prior year period, with diluted earnings per share increasing from $0.40 to $0.58. The company also saw significant growth in its private label segment, which rose 152% in the third quarter, bolstered by the July 2026 acquisition of Copra, a producer of Thai Nam Hom coconut water.
Following these results, the company raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to a range of $810 million to $820 million. However, the company noted potential margin pressures for the fourth quarter due to rising freight, logistics, and product costs. Evercore ISI maintained an ‘Outperform’ rating on the stock with a price target of $80.00.
