VITAS to host rugby clinic in Karuizawa with former national player

VITAS Co., Ltd. will host its first rugby clinic for elementary school students in Karuizawa, Nagano Prefecture, on August 29, 2026. The event, supported by the Karuizawa ARKS RUGBY CLUB, features Ishireli Nakajima, a former member of the Japan national rugby team.

As part of the company’s ‘MOAI PROJECT,’ the program aims to teach children both rugby skills and the importance of physical conditioning and nutrition during growth periods. The clinic will include demonstrations of the support beverage ‘VINOBBY’ to highlight how proper nutrition complements athletic training. Approximately 50 children are expected to participate in the experiential program.
