Viterbo community honors late pizzeria owner Roberto Baldini

The family of Roberto Baldini, known widely as ‘Giggi’, has issued a message of gratitude to the city of Viterbo following his passing. Baldini was a prominent figure in the local food scene, having managed a historic pizzeria on via Cairoli for over forty years.

The family expressed deep appreciation for the community’s support, which included messages, flowers, and gestures of generosity. They noted that Baldini was regarded by many not just as a business owner, but as a friend to the citizens.

Despite the loss, the Baldini family and employees have confirmed that the pizzeria will continue its forty-year tradition and will remain open to the public at its via Cairoli location.
