Viterbo hosts 19th ‘Forme e Colori’ artisanal competition
The 19th edition of the ‘Forme e Colori’ artistic craftsmanship exhibition and competition is currently accepting registrations. Organized by the CNA of Viterbo and Civitavecchia in collaboration with the Fondazione Carivit, the event will take place from October 3 to October 24 at the Museo della ceramica della Tuscia in Viterbo.
The theme for this year is ‘Respect for time in artisanal processing,’ focusing on the dedication and manual skill required in craftsmanship. The competition is open to registered artisanal businesses and students from artistic high schools in the Lazio region. Participants may submit works of free creation using any shape or material.
Registration is free and includes significant prizes: up to 4,000 euros for top-ranking artisanal businesses and a 1,000 euro voucher for educational materials for winning students or classes. The event will also feature ‘Faber Experience’ workshops on weekends, allowing the public to participate in hands-on artisanal activities.
