Vithas renews medical service agreement with Atlético de Madrid

Atlético de Madrid and the Vithas healthcare group have renewed their partnership for the 2026/2027 season. Under this agreement, Vithas will continue to serve as the official medical provider for the club.

The group provides comprehensive healthcare coverage for the men's and women's first teams, as well as their respective reserve teams. These services are delivered through the Vithas/Invictum High Performance Sports Medicine Center, located at the Vithas Madrid Arturo Soria and Vithas Madrid Aravaca university hospitals.

Directed by Dr. José Silberberg, the medical team consists of 15 doctors and 12 healthcare professionals. The center offers a wide range of specialized services, including sports medicine, traumatology, orthopedic surgery, physiotherapy, podiatry, nutrition, psychology, biomechanics, and regenerative therapy. The renewal ceremony took place at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano stadium with Vithas CEO Pedro Rico and Atlético de Madrid's General Director of Revenue and Operations, Óscar Mayo, in attendance.
