Nurse B. S. was physically attacked at the Central Primary Health Care Center (QKMF) in Viti while carrying out her duties. The municipal authorities – Komuna e Vitisë, the Directorate for Health and Social Welfare (DSHMS) and QKMF – denounced the act as unacceptable, emphasized the threat to professional dignity and workplace safety, and called for legal proceedings against the perpetrators.

The Chamber of Nurses, Midwives and Other Health Professionals (OIK) also condemned the assault, with its chair Nexhmije Gori expressing full support for the injured nurse and urging competent bodies to investigate and hold those responsible accountable. All parties appealed to citizens to respect health workers and maintain a safe environment for care provision.
