Coritiba and Vitória face off in crucial Brasileirão Série A match

Coritiba and Vitória meet this Saturday at the Couto Pereira stadium for a decisive 33rd round match in the Brasileirão Série A. Both clubs are fighting to distance themselves from the relegation zone, with Coritiba currently in 12th place with 39 points and Vitória in 14th with 38 points.

Coritiba enters the match under significant pressure following a seven-game winless streak, which recently led to the dismissal of coach Fernando Seabra. The team is now being managed by a permanent commission led by Guilherme Bossle and Reginaldo Nascimento.

Vitória faces challenges in away performance, having yet to secure a single victory on the road this season with only a 13% success rate. While the squad sees the return of Gabriel Baralhas and Cacá, they will be without several players due to injuries and suspensions, including Mateus Silva, Jamerson, Luan Cândido, Marinho, and Nathan Mendes.
