Vittoria Bianco Champions Nutrition as Open Food Factory Ambassador

Italian paralympic swimming champion Vittoria Bianco, gold‑medalist at the Tokyo 2020 Games and bronze‑medalist at the Paris 2024 Games, has been appointed ambassador for the Open Food Factory educational project. In her new role she will produce digital content and lead outreach activities aimed at young people to raise awareness of balanced nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices.

At the same time, the town of Cervia in Emilia‑Romagna will host the fourth Nutrition & Longevity Festival on 12‑13 September 2026. Organized by the Valter Longo Foundation with support from regional and municipal authorities, the free two‑day event offers sport lessons, yoga, beach games, cooking contests for the "Best Longevity Dish," and on‑site nutritional consultations, all intended to promote preventive health through diet and physical activity.
