VIVA Inteligência Educacional partners with Creality to expand 3D printing in Brazilian schools

VIVA Inteligência Educacional has entered a partnership with Creality, a leading global consumer‑3D‑printer manufacturer, to provide 3D‑printing equipment, consumables and support for schools, maker labs and interdisciplinary projects in Brazil. The collaboration aims to integrate digital manufacturing into curricula, enabling students to create physical models for science, engineering, robotics and design lessons.

Market research from MarketsandMarkets projects the global 3D‑printing market to grow from US$ 17.5 billion in 2024 to US$ 37.4 billion by 2029, driven by expanding use in industry, health and education. Academic studies cited in the articles report that 3D‑printed anatomical models improve learning outcomes and that students using such resources outperform peers using conventional methods. Pilot investigations in FabLabs at two secondary schools showed enhanced collaborative design, prototyping and problem‑solving activities.

According to Danilo Nogueira, technical educator at VIVA, the partnership creates new opportunities for teachers to guide students through the full creation process, from digital design to physical prototype, fostering hands‑on experimentation across multiple subjects.
