VIVANT immersive mission event opens in Tokyo

The immersive eventVIVANT IMMERSIVE MISSION,’ based on the TBS Sunday Theater drama ‘VIVANT,’ opened on September 16 at CREATIVE MUSEUM TOKYO in Kyobashi, Tokyo. The exhibition allows visitors to experience the world of the spy thriller through interactive missions and detailed set recreations.

Using a dedicated smartphone app called ‘Auris,’ participants can choose from four mission courses: ‘Beppan,’ ‘Public Security,’ ‘Tent,’ or ‘Drum’s Search for Comrades.’ The experience utilizes MR technology and new voice recordings from the show’s characters to guide visitors through tasks testing judgment, memory, and loyalty.

The venue features faithful recreations of key locations, including Nogi’s yurt, the Public Security Bureau’s Fourth Division office, and the underground prison from the ‘Tent’ organization. On display are original costumes, props such as Japanese swords, and filming scripts. Additionally, a collaboration cafe offers themed food and drinks inspired by scenes from the series.
