The 18th episode, which serves as the conclusion to the first half of the second season, features major plot developments including the formation of a ‘strongest team’ to rescue captured members. The episode also introduced the character ‘Vivant Lady’ (played by Ray Yamada) and revealed that the character Kotaro Shinjo (played by Ryo Ryusei) had survived a previously assumed fatal shooting through a staged death orchestrated by the intelligence organization ‘Beppan’.
