VIVANT Season 2: Major plot twists reveal Nogoon Beki is alive

In the 22nd episode of the TBS drama series ‘VIVANT’, several major plot developments have shocked viewers. It was revealed that Nogoon Beki (played by Koji Yakusho), previously believed to have died in the first season, is actually alive and recovering in Okuizumo, Shimane Prefecture, alongside Batraka and Piyo.

The episode detailed how Nogoon Beki’s death was faked with the cooperation of Nozaki (Hiroshi Abe) and Drum (Drum Tomoe), who facilitated emergency surgery to save his life. Additionally, the character Ryu (Masato Sakai) was shown to have intentionally missed vital organs when shooting Drum, leading to a successful rescue by Chingis (Barslkhagva Batbold).

As the second season enters its final episodes, the narrative is shifting focus toward Japan, with characters Nogari and Noru rushing to protect Jamina and Kaoru from the intelligence organization Shinshi. The episode also highlighted the emotional performance of Barslkhagva Batbold, whose reaction to Beki’s survival drew significant praise on social media.
