VIVANT special event to be live-streamed following high demand

The TBS drama series ‘VIVANT’, starring Masato Sakai, will hold a special one-night event titled ‘VIVANT PREMIUM SUMMER PARTY’ at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium First Gymnasium on August 23, 2026. Due to high demand and ticket lottery applications exceeding expectations, the event will be available via live stream and subsequent archive streaming until September 6.

The event features a large cast including Masato Sakai, Hiroshi Abe, and Kazunari Ninomiya. Programming includes a live performance of the series' main theme by a big band, cast discussions regarding filming secrets and plot foreshadowing, and interactive mystery-solving activities for the audience.

In conjunction with the series' second season, lead actor Masato Sakai has notably increased his promotional activities. While previously known for a reserved approach to television promotion, Sakai has appeared on numerous variety programs to support the production, a shift reportedly influenced by the proactive promotional style of his wife, actress Miho Kanno.
