VIVANT viewership fluctuates during second season

The TBS drama series ‘VIVANT’ has seen fluctuating performance in its second season. While the first season achieved record-breaking viewership of 19.6%, the second season began with a high of 18.8% before experiencing a decline, currently hovering around 15%.

Critics suggest the decline may be due to information overload in the early episodes and a perceived shift in narrative scale. While the first season was noted for its large-scale Asian setting, some viewers feel the current plot has become too focused on internal conflicts among characters.

Despite the drop in ratings, the show remains highly competitive in engagement metrics. Recent data shows ‘VIVANT’ ranked 2nd in the core viewership demographic for commercial broadcasters and 3rd in overall individual attention, driven by intense plot developments involving character loyalty and undercover operations.
