Vivid expands partnership with Visa for business expense management

Neobank Vivid is expanding its partnership with Visa to introduce new expense management tools for European small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The collaboration focuses on Card-Linked Services, which allow business owners and finance teams to identify which merchants have company cards stored online.

This feature is designed to prevent "zombie subscriptions," where companies are charged for forgotten services. Unlike traditional subscription trackers that only record completed transactions, these new tools aim to identify stored card data and allow users to stop potential payments before they are processed.

Additional integrated features for Vivid Business customers include individual card limits based on merchant or category, the ability to reassign cards to different employees without reissuing them, customizable access rights, and payment approval workflows.
