K-pop trio VIVIZ, consisting of members Eunha, SinB, and Umji, has officially signed exclusive contracts with a new agency, UNCORE. While the three members will continue to promote together as a group, the future of their group name remains uncertain.
UNCORE announced that negotiations are ongoing with the members' former agency, Big Planet Made Entertainment, regarding the rights to the name ‘VIVIZ’. Due to disagreements over the proposed terms, a final agreement has not yet been reached. To ensure the members can resume activities as quickly and stably as possible, the agency is considering the possibility of the trio promoting under a new group name.
The members originally debuted in 2015 as part of the group GFRIEND before reforming as VIVIZ in 2022. Details regarding a definitive group name and upcoming activity plans will be released by UNCORE at a later date.
