Vivo leaks reveal camera and processor specs for X500 Ultra and S70

Leaked specifications suggest upcoming Vivo smartphone models, the X500 Ultra and S70, will feature significant camera upgrades.

The X500 Ultra is rumored to launch in March or April 2027, powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 processor. Its camera system is expected to include a 50 MP Sony LYT910 main sensor with a 35 mm focal length and a 200 MP telephoto camera featuring a 1/1.2-inch sensor. The main sensor may utilize LOFIC technology to enhance dynamic range and high-contrast performance.

The Vivo S70 is expected to debut in China in November 2026. It is rumored to feature a 64 MP Sony LYT610 periscope telephoto sensor that supports a teleconverter for extended zoom capabilities. Performance is expected to be driven by a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, paired with a 6.59-inch 1.5K resolution AMOLED LTPS display.
