The offer is not automatically applied to all customers; eligible users must check the offers section within the Vivo app to manually activate the service. This move mirrors a similar strategy used by the operator during the World Cup to facilitate video streaming without data depletion.

By removing the data cost associated with video streaming, the service allows users to watch traditional videos, live broadcasts, and Shorts without risking their monthly data limits.
