Vivo upcoming X500E and Y500 smartphones reveal new specifications

New details have emerged regarding upcoming Vivo smartphone models, including the X500E and the Y500. The Vivo X500E has obtained Bluetooth SIG certification, suggesting an imminent launch. While official specifications are unconfirmed, rumors suggest the device may feature a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, a 6.59-inch display, a 50MP main camera, and a 64MP periscope telephoto lens. Some reports also indicate a potential 7,500 mAh battery.

The Vivo Y500 is highlighted for its large-capacity silicon-carbon battery technology. The Chinese version is expected to feature an 8,200 mAh battery with 90W fast charging and extreme cold resistance down to -20 degrees Celsius, powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 processor. In contrast, the Indonesian version is reported to utilize a Unisoc T7300 chipset with an 8,100 mAh battery, 44W fast charging, and bypass charging support. The Y500 also features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 5,000 nits and IP68/IP69 durability ratings.
