Vivo X500 Pro leak details 6.37‑inch 144 Hz LTPO OLED and 2 nm Dimensity chip

Leaked specifications indicate that the upcoming Vivo X500 Pro will feature a 6.37‑inch LTPO OLED display with a 144 Hz refresh rate and a resolution exceeding 1.5K. The phone is being tested with a next‑generation BOE OLED panel and uses LIPO packaging to achieve slim bezels on all sides. It will retain Vivo's circular rear‑camera module, housing a 50 MP main sensor, a 50 MP ultrawide lens and a 64 MP periscope telephoto lens with an 85 mm focal length. The device is expected to be powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 9600 Series 2 nm chipset. The X500 Pro is slated for a September 2026 launch in China, with a global rollout later in the year.
