Vixen 357 SEGA classic announced for modern consoles

Ratalaika Games and Shinyuden have announced that the sci-fi simulation game Vixen 357 will be released on October 23, 2026. Originally developed by NCS Corporation and published by Masaya Games, the title was a SEGA Mega Drive exclusive in Japan when it launched in 1992.

The upcoming worldwide release will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. This version will include English language support and several quality-of-life features, such as rewind and turbo functions, cheats, save states, and various visual filters to simulate retro monitors.

The game features 16 tactical strategy levels where players command high-mobility armored troopers known as Vectors. Key gameplay elements include permadeath, strategic unit assignment, and a gallery containing original illustrations and box art. The digital version is expected to be priced at $5.99.
