VKU welcomes 1,500 new students and awards top scholarships

The Vietnam-Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (VKU) at Danang University has welcomed 1,500 new students for the 2026 academic year. The university filled 100% of its enrollment quota across 22 majors focused on digital and digital economy sectors.

During a recognition ceremony, the university awarded significant scholarships to top-performing students. Valedictorian Pham Nguyen Minh Trí received a scholarship worth 70 million VND, covering 100% of tuition for six semesters. Additionally, the runner-up and second runner-up received scholarships of 50 million VND and 40 million VND, respectively. Ten other high-achieving freshmen were also awarded 25 million VND scholarships.
