Agnes Brichta honors father Vladimir Brichta on TV Globo

Agnes Brichta, the 29-year-old daughter of Brazilian actor Vladimir Brichta, delivered an emotional tribute to her father during a special Father's Day episode of the TV Globo program ‘Altas Horas’.

During the broadcast, Agnes spoke about the deep bond they share, noting that her father acted as both mother and father following the death of her biological mother, singer Gena Karla Ribeiro. Gena passed away in 1999 due to porphyria, a rare genetic disease, when Agnes was only two years old. Agnes described her father as her ‘rock’ and expressed pride in inheriting his characteristics.

Agnes also acknowledged the positive role of Adriana Esteves, Vladimir’s wife since 2003, whom she considers a maternal figure. The tribute, which included a musical performance of ‘Ai Que Saudade D’ocê’, resonated widely on social media, with viewers highlighting the strength of their family connection.
