Vladislav Polony finds career fulfillment at COOP Jednota

Vladislav Polony, known locally as Vladko, is a long-time employee at the TEMPO Supermarket in Nitrianske Pravno, part of the COOP Jednota network. After initially joining the company following school, he briefly explored other career paths, including factory work and other retail chains, before returning to his home community.

Originally trained in an industrial school in Handlová and later qualified as a cook-waiter, Polony transitioned to retail to pursue a career centered on human interaction. He currently manages various sections of the supermarket, including produce and beverages, and is recognized for mentoring new employees and assisting customers.
