Vladislav Varnenchik Park-Museum to host robot knight tournament

The Vladislav Varnenchik Park-Museum in Varna is hosting a unique event for children and families that combines medieval history with modern robotics. The event is scheduled for Saturday, October 31, from 11:00 to 14:00.

Organized in collaboration with a robotics school, the initiative allows young visitors to operate robots, participate in interactive games, and compete for the title of ‘robo-knight champion’. Activities include learning about the historical role of messengers in the Middle Ages through a game where participants catch paper messages launched by a robot.

Educational demonstrations will be provided by instructors to explain how programming allows machines to move, recognize obstacles, and perform specific tasks. Younger guests can interact with robotic characters, such as a robot puppy and a robot snail. All activities are included in the standard museum admission price.
