Vlatko Stefanovski honored at Vukovar Film Festival

Musician Vlatko Stefanovski has received a special recognition at the 20th Vukovar Film Festival for his contributions to film music. The award, presented by Croatia Records and CMC television, honors his five-decade career and his ability to use the guitar to enhance cinematic atmosphere. Stefanovski, who began composing film music in 1979, has worked on more than 17 feature films and various television and animated projects.

Following this recognition, Stefanovski has announced a special concert titled ‘Vlatko Stefanovski & Friends – Acoustic Night’ scheduled for December 17 at the Macedonian Philharmonic. The event will feature an acoustic selection of his work, ranging from his time with the legendary band Leb i Sol to his solo compositions. The performance is expected to include several musical guests, highlighting his unique blend of rock, jazz, ethno, and classical music.
