Vlăduța Lupău discusses family and music career

Romanian singer Vlăduța Lupău and her husband, Adrian Rus, recently appeared on Cătălin Măruță’s podcast to discuss their personal lives and musical careers.

Lupău shared emotional details regarding her journey to motherhood, recounting a period of significant distress following two previous pregnancy losses. She described a moment when medical test results led her to lose hope, but her husband encouraged her to continue praying. A subsequent ultrasound confirmed that the pregnancy was progressing normally, a discovery she described as a miracle. The couple now has two sons, Iair, born in 2022, and Isaia, born in July 2024.

Regarding her professional life, Lupău discussed the importance of passion and drive in achieving success. While she noted that she does not consider herself the best artist in Romania, she emphasized that her connection with her audience and her music provides her with essential energy and happiness. She expressed that balancing her family life with her musical career is not a burden because her work brings her profound joy.
