VLEN criticizes BDI leadership and political reform efforts
The political coalition VLEN has issued a statement criticizing the Democratic Union for Integration (BDI), labeling the party as unreformable. The statement claims that BDI has failed to grasp the political shift signaled by voters, noting that VLEN gained 10 municipalities in recent elections.
VLEN specifically targeted Bujar Osmani, accusing him of attempting to maintain power despite electoral losses. The coalition criticized BDI's handling of past issues, including the Skopje–Blace highway project and various financial scandals. Furthermore, VLEN accused BDI of opposing laws regarding fair and adequate representation while simultaneously invoking the Ohrid Agreement.
The statement also highlighted a shift in Bujar Osmani’s rhetoric regarding Artan Grubi, questioning the change in stance between the two political figures.
