Vlorë police arrest man after armed property dispute with brother

Police in Vlorë intervened in a family dispute in the ‘Uji i Ftohtë’ neighborhood to prevent an escalation involving firearms. The conflict, which arose from property ownership issues between two brothers, led to the arrest of 47-year-old Julian Toro.

During the intervention, known as operation ‘Lidhja’, authorities seized a pistol, two magazines, and 30 rounds of ammunition. The arrested individual, who has a prior criminal record for drug trafficking, faces charges related to intimidation and illegal possession of weapons. The case has been referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance in Vlorë for further legal action.
